FULL-PACK RATE INCLUDES

- Priority Attention with quick delivery (customers with Full Pack Rate will be attended with priority in the office) and return.
- Fully comprehensive insurance WITHOUT EXCESS, occupants insurance and insurance against theft (always and only when the keys of the car are returned and the theft has been reported to the closest police station). To avoid the car being stolen with its keys make sure you keep an eye on the keys at all time.

THE RENTAL PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
Insurance excess (only if you choose Basic or Web Rate) and damages to tyres, rims, hubcaps, side mirrors, windows, locks and the bottom of the vehicle. An additional insurance is available to cover the aforementioned damages at (in the case of not taking out the insurance offered in the previous point, at the time of picking up the vehicle, Malagacar.com reserves the right to charge the Excess amount as a deposit which will be returned to the client at the end of the contract if the vehicle is returned in the same conditions. Otherwise you will be charged according to the damage up to the amount marked in the attached chart):
- Vehicles that are in groups A, B, C, C1, C2 have an all risk insurance with 1000 € excess. The additional insurance to cover the above mentioned damages and the excess is 12 € per day with a minimum of 36 € and a maximum of 168 € per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 6 €/day.
- Vehicles that are in groups CA, D, D2, D3, DA, DB, F, FA, E, E2, E3, E4, EC, G, G1, G8, G9, GA, GB, J9, JA, JB, JC, S1, S2, S3, SA, SB, X1, X2, X3, X4, XB have an all risk insurance with 1200 € excess. The additional insurance to cover the above mentioned damages and the excess is 14 € per day with a minimum of 42 € and a maximum of 196 € per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 7 €/day.
- Vehicles that are in groups F3, F4, FB, FC, FD, SE, SF, SU, SV, SW, SX, X5, X6, XC, XD, XE have an all risk insurance with 3000 € excess. The additional insurance to cover the above mentioned damages and the excess is 25 € per day with a minimum of 100 € and a maximum of 660 € per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 20 €/day.

Additional drivers: The cost per additional driver shall be 4 € per day per driver with a maximum of 40 € per driver per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 1,40 €/day.
Maxi Cosi seats, Baby seats and Booster seats (*find below detailed information for each seat according to the weight of the infant / child according to regulations):
- The cost to rent a Baby seat or Maxi Cosi is 4,25 € per day per seat with a maximum of 51 € per seat per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 1,80 €/day.
- Isofix Baby seat on request can be rented subject to availability or type of car equipped with Isofix at the cost of 8 € per day per Baby seat with a maximum of 90 € per Baby seat per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 3,20 €/day.
- The cost to rent a booster seat is 3 € per day per booster seat with a maximum of 30 € per booster seat per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 1 €/day.
*Up to age 9 months and up to 10 kg: Maxi Cosi. From 9 kg to 18 kg and from 9 months to 3 years old: Baby Seat. From 15 to 36 kg and 3 to 12 years old: Booster Seat.
GPS. The cost for the rental of a GPS navigation system is 5 € per day with a maximum of 60 € per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 2 €/day. There will be required a deposit of 100 €.
Collection of vehicles between 23 h and 8 h / 11 pm and 8 am. The collection of vehicles between the mentioned hours has a surcharge of 35 €.
Damages to the interior of the car, clutch, loss of keys, refuelling the wrong fuel type.
If the vehicle receives a fine during the rental period the lessee or main driver is held responsible. Said fines carry a cost of 30 €.
Malagacar.com offers a 2 hour courtesy period after the end time of the contracted rental without charge. After this time can be charged an extra day at the current rate.
You are not allowed to leave Spain (Peninsula) except traveling to Portugal or Gibraltar, amounting 9 €/day, with a minimum of 27 € and a maximum of 90 € and a rental period not exceeding 28 days. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 3,20 €/day.
PAYMENT
Payment is completed upon collection of your vehicle with VISA, MasterCard or AMEX credit card. You can pay with a debit card (Visa or MasterCard) or in cash (a valid debit or credit card is required) when you book the supplementary insurance (extra insurance) or the Full pack rate. The credit card holder must be the lessee (main driver).
DRIVERS AGE
Groups A, B, C, C1, C2.
- 21 years of age and must have been in possession of a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year. Should the driver be younger than 25 years of age or have been in possession of his driving license between 1 and 4 years a surcharge of 4 € per day is applicable with a maximum of 44 € for a rental period not exceeding 28 days. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 1,55 €/day. There is no upper age limit applicable.
Groups CA, D, D2, D3, DA, DB, F, FA, E, E2, E3, E4, EC, G, G1, G8, G9, GA, GB, J9, JA, JB, JC, S1, S2, S3, SA, SB, X1, X2, X3, X4, XB.
- 25 years of age and having been in possession of a valid driving license for at least 2 years. There is no upper age limit applicable. Should the driver be younger than 25 years of age or have been in possession of his driving license between 2 and 4 years a surcharge of 5,50 € per day is applicable with a maximum of 75 € for a rental period not exceeding 28 days. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 2,65 €/day.
Groups F3, F4, FB, FC, FD, SE, SF, SU, SV, SW, SX, X5, X6, XC, XD, XE.
- 27 years of age and having been in possession of a valid driving license for at least 5 years. There is no upper age limit applicable.
OTHER DETAILS OF INTEREST
Upon collection of the vehicle you must at all times present your Passport / Identity card, driving license and a credit/debit card.
We do not guarantee car brand, model, colour or engine type when booking as we work with car groups.
Our vehicles may not leave the Peninsula.
The company reserves the right to deny the rental of a vehicle to individuals when in doubt of the financial capacity and/or due to a history of outstanding invoices or incidents by the client.
